(The truck doesn't seem to appear in the 121 min. version of the movie)

1941-47 Art Deco model for sure, but it is almost impossible to tell the difference between the different model years. So why 1946 only?
(Art Deco is not the official name, it is only given by enthusiasts)
It seems that the models name are just ½-ton, ¾-ton, 1-ton and 1½-ton. And only 1½-ton models have dual rear wheels among pre-war trucks.

Chassis codes changed each year with the Art-deco truck line. For 1½-ton model, they were:
- 1941: YR for 134" (3.40 m) wheelbase models, YS for 160" (4.06 m) wb trucks (there was also a 195"/ 4.95 m wb YT model, but for school buses basis only);
- 1942: MR for 134", MS for 160";
- 1946: OR for the 134" wb trucks, OS for 160" // 134" OE / 160" OF if newly rated 2-ton models;
- 1947 1st Series: PJ (134" wb) or PK (160" wb) // PV (134" wb) or PW (160" wb) for 2-ton models.

So unless someone can say the exact model year and/or wheelbase of "our" truck:

1941 Chevrolet Art Deco 1½-ton?

or
1941 Chevrolet 1½-ton?

The official name given by Chevrolet was Heavy-Duty Chassis and Cab.
See page 34 of the 1941 brochure (Pdf - 28 Mb).
