Ingo ◊ 2011-08-19 12:41	The Mercedes A-Klasse became unintended a really old-people-car. It was created by Mercedes Benz as a car for young drivers, with sideviews to the Golf, but the seniors have discovered it. Good reliable quality (mainly), very handy, especially for parking lots and garages, very lucid and a high seat position. Just look around, who is driving A-Klasse, mainly the generation 60+. Conincidentally my parents own one (2003 A210), my parents-in-law, too (2008 A180) and also the partents of my sister's husband (2007 A160)...

dsl ◊ 2011-08-19 13:03	.... plus Ford Fusion (European version) and Renault Modus - all small, easy to run with the key being easy for old folk to get in - wide door openings and uncomplicated seats. Fusion was intended for young families where it totally failed to have any appeal so generally regarded as a marketing mistake, but has quietly sold well to the wrinklies.
