I would think this is a Velox with the bright rear screen surround rather than the black rubber on the Wyvern plus the rear wheel spats? |

I'd say 1953+my when chrome stoneguards fitted to rear wings instead of black rubber - the black would show up here. Agree Velox as above. |

Agree 1953 by the later design of bumper over-riders as well. |

Glass's description matches your bumper dating (as well as rear spats from Oct 54), so this is Oct 54 - Oct 55 only, before larger windows for 56+ my. |
