Vauxhall Carlton in UK. Some Holden's look like it. As does the Cadillac Escalade, built on it's platform.

This is an Opel.

The American version would be the Cadillac Catera, the Escalade is an SUV built of a GM Yukon platform.

both previous entries are incorrect. The car was known as the Vauxhall Senator in UK, carlton was known as the opel omega A on the continent. No american version of this car existed. The Cadillac Catera is the American version of the Vauxhall Omega or Opel Omega B. The Cadillac Escalade being a 4x4 has no connection whatsoever to the Senator.

The closed Holden relation to this car would be the Holden Commodore of same vintage which shared a common bodyshell design.
