 I think I finally figured this one !!!!

a modified/ disguised chinese Loncin which was used as stunt double !!!

notice rear fender and handle bars look identical , rear of part of rear fender looks chopped off

 it was used as stunt double for the this Yamaha Breeze which explains why it was modified to look like it !!
