I agree it looks like a Hotchkiss but the body styling is more early 1930s. |

The example picture I posted was a Weymann bodied car and looks earlier. This model ran until 1932, compare the shape of the steel body above with a 1932 large Morris, or a smaller American type of car, and it could fit. Quite a lot of cars used American Budd dies, and hence looked similar. |
