Most likely a EU import. Russia doesn't require foglights, I think. |

Seems like all the J30's destined for Europe, New Zealand and Australia had that bumper with the wide registration plate aperture and foglights. In New Zealand and Australia, the foglights were non operating, had actual lenses in bumper, but no bulb holder, just a blank plate. My guess is any county where foglights weren't required would have the same set up. |
