 I believe this is probably 'GH 2362' from Royal Wedding (1951) and Random Harvest (1942) and like The Paradine Case they were all filmed in Culver City Studios in California.

In this Hollywood studio scene it used back-projection of a London Railway terminus, Euston Station as here
