I'm thinking non-woody Mercury wagons were just called Grand Marquis/Marquis. It's just like non-woody Ford wagons are not called Country Squire. |

The plain-sided Marquis Wagon was sold until 1982. Once the line became "Grand Marquis" in 1983, only the Colony Park wagon was sold. I can't remember the year they changed the taillights (either 82 or 83) from the wider one that ran into the tailgate, to the narrower one. This one had the wider taillight, so it's no newer than an 1982 model. -- Last edit: 2011-06-11 01:13:03 |
