This "MPV" built on chassis of GAZ trucks and available under "Kuban" name. Sorry,my knowledges on it are limited. |

So we list that as GAZ Kuban, or just Kuban? -- Last edit: 2006-07-03 16:58:58 |

It´s not KUBAN G1A1. It is Chernigov ASCH-03. |

I cannot find anything about Chernigov or Chernihiv (different transcription) except an Ukrainien town of that name. Can anyone give more information? The make 'Kuban' does exist: http://www.bus-photo.net/searchseek.php?body=kuban |

well, there was at least 3 makes, who build "quite" similar vehicles on chassis of GAZ trucks. As you can guess "Chernigov" was built in Ukraine and Kuban in Russia. I never seen any "Chernigov" over here, but "Kuban" was pretty common at least 10 years ago. Looks like now they out of use, but it's different story. Question is- what bus they can purchase? -- Last edit: 2006-10-20 08:38:04 |
