It's actually Nissan, not Datsun (it's even RHD).

 While this is a beautiful car, I find it rather irritating (read: it really pisses me off) that the production team holds this car with such high regard, that they do not destroy it. However, it is perfectly fine and dandy to crush, mangle, bend, break, and obliterate the numerous converted 1969/real 1970 Chargers used in the series.
