Does anyone know what happend to the two Ford WT9000's used in White Line Fever? I spoke with the stunt coordinator from the film a
few years ago. He told me that they used two W's for the film. Obviously, one was smashed to heck - the other went on to be
on various TV shows on occasion. One guy once posted that he thought the Blue Mule was trucking on I5 between LA and San Diego.
hey bluemule75 i live alb nm. i have one of the mules, i built a exact replica of it, white line fever was my favorite movie as a kid and it still is. i lived in tucson when it was filmed the crashed one went to peterson truck salvage where my father and i went once or twice a month to get parts for his old 50 s petes s he was still running at the time. i watched it disapear one piece at a time, i pleaded with my father too buy it for me but its ransom was too high as a five year old it seemed too only need a front axle and a fly wheel housing. you can see pictures of my replica truck by looking up (famous cabovers) it is in the cabover appreceation society web site. the pictures were taken by a member and posted. the pictures were taken in weatherford i do have plans to complete it the frame is the wrong color and the fontaine fith wheel is to be replaced with a holland it only has 280k original miles i am as we speak completing a bj and the bear truck as soon as my somebody shows me how to post pictures on the cabover apreciation society web site i will as for finding the actual truck let me know if you find out any info
