This is a goof, I guess, because is a footage from a famous crash, but in Indy Car not Formula 1

Whether Indy or F1, I think it's a test crash if genuine. Car has minimal stickers and none of the photos have any other person visible. Banked track and fencing look US, unless the whole thing is staged at eg Monza or other Italian test venue using something in a Ferrari-ish but dark red. But it looks impressive for a stunt.

this looks SOLVED

the crash is Bill Simpson at Phoenix 1977 driving a McLaren for Theordor Racing, this was the 2nd race of the season
http://www.champcarstats.com/races/197702.htm

I could only find a single photo of him but with no 38, which was his race number in the first race of season at Ontario
http://www.champcarstats.com/races/197702.htm

anyway decal livery and shape looks just about right compare to thumbnail 3
