As the film is set in UK it should be a SINGER Vogue and NOT a Sunbeam Vogue, because such badge was for export only.

The number plate is a fake made with West German tools, so this scene was probably filmed in Germany. It's right hand drive, but it might not be a UK model.

It has early Vogue badging so predates the 1970 few months of production after Singer name was dropped and Sunbeam used in UK (which is not the point being made above, but I thought I'd mention it). My guess is that this a UK-spec and -owned car (see also AA screen badge) with BFPO plates, so could well be filmed in Germany. Probably therefore Singer.
