The location is the regatta-tribune at the http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baldeneysee in Essen-Werden. Left upwards, but not to see is the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_H%C3%BCgel The borough on the peninsula in the background is Heisingen (where my grandparents lived for nearly 50 years). |

Please set year to 1997. Not an authentic police car, as it is far too old for the blue livery. The police in NRW had a few Passat B5 Variants, but they were still painted in green/white. |
