I think it's an F-250 by the axle?

Its hard to tell from this distance. The front axle is similar on both the 150 and 250 pickups.

The front axle is the twin traction beam (TTB) independent front suspension (IFS) with offset front differential. The front differential is the lowest black downward hump underneath the pickup.

The front differential is offset to driver’s side, to bring it in-line with the front prop shaft that connects to the two speed dual range transfer case which drops on the driver’s side.

When measuring ground clearance, the lowest point, which is the front and rear differentials is taken. Manufacturers usually list this as the vehicle’s ground clearance. So when you research a vehicle, such as a F-150, and it says the obstacle clearance is 7 or 8 inches, that’s the lowest point (differentials). The overall ground clearance will be more than that.
