I think either a Dynamic 88, or a Super 88 (and not a Ninety-Eight). |

Based on the same reasons I said for this /vehicle_394731-Oldsmobile-Dynamic-88-3239-1960.html in this case I think it's a '60 Dynamic 88 Holiday Scenicoupe like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/hugo90/5055458965/lightbox/ Thin chrome strip along the side excludes 98. Lack of chrome on the upper of rear fenders exclude 98 and Super 88. Other point for the ID as Dynamic 88 are the wheel rims. It seems 98 and Super 88 used the same kind and similar to Link to "www.cardatabase.net" As you can see (if the wheel rims used in the movie were the original ones) the used in the picture look like the ones of the brochure linked above. |

I think it does have the chrome on the upper rear fenders, which would make it a Super 88. The taillights also appear to have a horizontal chrome divider; Dynamic 88 had undivided taillights. Super 88: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" (taillights visible upper right) Dynamic 88 Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" (taillights visible upper right) I'm pretty sure you could get those wheels across all three model lines. |
