This is reminiscent of the tiger scene in the original movie
This is a Hummer, later rebranded as an H1

As a 2-door pickup this can't be a HMC4 but has to be a HMC2/VLC2 or extended XLC2. As the distance behind the door is small (see the video around 55 seconds) it is the HMC2 or VLC2. The difference is (according to: http://www.lynchhummer.com/Changes/h1.changes/93/93.html ) that the VLC 'Recruit Series' has a lower spec interior and lacks a Central Tyre Inflation System. For subsequent MYs (at least according to that site) the HMC2 disappears with only the VLC2 being available so maybe they switched the codes after the 93 year. The Recruit Series (according again to that link) was also most often found in blue. This Hummer seems to be blue but it's probably easiest to list it with the two HMC2s we already have. Can't be a 1999 as these shorter two passenger Hummers ceased production after the 1996 model year. If it was the XLC2 a 1999 would have been possible.

Listing as 1992-96 Hummer [HMC2].
