I think the script (1st. thumb) is for 3600. It would be the 1st. 3500 of that time and we have some others 3600 (no 3500) in the site /vehicles.php?make=Chevrolet&model=3600&modelMatch=1&modelInclModel=on -- Last edit: 2011-04-28 18:03:42 |

Looks like '49 or '50 via gas filler placement and no door vent windows. |

This looks like 3500 to me. ![]() The truck here... /vehicle_124963-Chevrolet-3600.html ... originally was listed as a "Chevrolet 3500" but now it's listed as a "Chevrolet 3600". An admin changed it for some reason. -- Last edit: 2012-12-07 22:26:58 |

I was who changed /vehicle_124963-Chevrolet-3600.html into 3600 The discussion about that Pick-up is about 2500, 3100, 3600 and 3800 so, obviously, the 1st. 3500 was a typo. Ddey will say something about this. Anyway I think it reads 3600 (enlarge the thumb.) ![]() as the others of the site. |

3600 indeed according to the size of it and the fact that there never was a 'Chevrolet 3500' in that era. |

If it certain that it is 3600 why is it back to unknown? There is some informtaion here - http://www.pickuptrucks.com/html/history/chev_segment5.html - but it not as complete as it might be. I would go along with 1949 3600. Note 125"wb on the 3600 and 137"wb on the 3800. -- Last edit: 2011-04-28 22:55:30 |
