I think it's a 1969 Chrysler New Yorker going by the side trim, wheel cover and side marker shape/position: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" Definitely a 1969-70 full-size Chrysler 4-door sedan one way or another as 1971- models did not have front vent windows.
