:think: How sure are you? Size and position of door, window, air-intake and the lower flaps doesn't look like from a bus. To convert the bodywork in this way, would be really complcated.
Why it cannot have been, as DynaMike suggests, a mobile dentist studio? Or -not only in Germany- there were special made coachworks, based on bus-chassis, as mobile bank-agencies, libraries, TV-broadcasting-trucks and some more.

:no: not complicated... its just a rebuilted urban bus. When the buses end their useful life, are reshaped thousands of different ways, until they are cut and used as a truck. So do not have that surprise.

A mobile dental study, as suggested, is something so very rare and never seen here. I continue to think that is a refurbished bus and radiated from the urban service.
