Wrong door handles and unusual wheels for Alfa 75. If Alfa, then rather an 1983+ Alfa Arna (which is based on an a little modified Nissan Cherry).
The car in the picture has the "correct" door handles and side trim for an Arna.

Well, the Arna was seen as one of the Alfas with the lowest quality ever made. And it didn't sell too well...
The Arna was named from the initials of "Alfa Romeo Nissan Autoveicoli".

Alfa Romeo want to learn rust-proof body & industrial robot, Nissan want to learn Alfa's V6 engine, so they joined.
But ARNA (Alfa Romeo Nissan Automobili) ceased in 1985...it was just a fickleness :D

Arna was the result of 1980 Oct. signed Alfa Romeo-Nissan joint-venture,a too much chatted agree in Italy thru 2 great world's Makes;like Alfasud plant project, was claimed that the assembly plant should be set up in Southern Italy and formerly was chosen same locality where were existing already Alfasud plants,i.e.,Pomigliano d'Arco, next to Naples city(that at least were earlier press news, when specialized motor magazines began to talk about that epocal motor industry's affair,of which early contacts thru Alfa Romeo and Nissan Motor Co.Chairmen were made already at 1979 Frankfurt M.S.eve);meanwhile,the plant location was then shifted to another locality of Southern Italy,Pratola Serra,in Pianodardine industrial area of Avellino's Municipality;unhappy, the start of production was delayed partly 'cause of 1980 Nov.23's quake that will shakes sharply Irpinia geographic area that includes also Avellino's city, and for the recovery of disastered zones all operations to set up productions slided until Sept.1983,when the car was showed at press(former project prewiewed the use of N10 bodies of 1978 Cherry/Pulsar,mated at smaller capacity Alfasud 4-flat-cyl.boxer engine, but then were chosen for definitive model the coques of 1982 Pulsar N12,appeared in those early '80s,of more recent design respect N 10 coques).

So,the Arna(named after the joint-venture Name in acronym,Alfa Romeo Nissan Autoveicoli=motor vehicles)will began its life(the agree would include also shipment from Japan of pre-assembled Pulsar N12 coques, then welded into Pratola Serra's plant with robotized assembly lines--like those of Nissan at home--and to complete with wheels, seats, upholstery, electric parts and,of course the Alfasud engines, that coming from nearby Naples'plants;practically, the Arna's plant was one of those so-called"screwdriver-plants",that also other Japanese Makes had set-up around the world);part of them were also marketed abroad, like in UK;'cause Alfa sold these ones there with its own shield on grille, for don't generates confusion with Nissan-Datsun Cherry original ones already sold in UK,they would indicates that those were a CKD-Cherry/Pulsars built in Italy placing a small"NISSAN-ALFA ROMEO"tag on body(actually, but, the Arnas were few exported abroad);two were the body trims initially offered on Italian market's Arnas, the basic L(=Lusso)and the luxury SL(=Super Lusso),with 3 or 5-doors(both mated at 1.2 lt.Alfasud engine)at which was added in 1984 the 3-doors sporty Arna TI(=Turismo Internazionale, easy to spot for a black spoiler on hatchback),that mated at 1.3 lt.Alfasud engine;after some retouched details(engine with raised output,inside/outsides)in 1985,the series lasted until 1986,before of be erased by Alfa's range,'cause the new owners of Alfa Romeo Brand(Fiat Auto Group, that merged in 1986 Alfa's production facilities)don't were interested no more at project started by Alfa together at Japanese Make, and Pratola Serra's plant remains for several years in state of abandon(before of be reconverted again at cars production at end of '90s,when was re-opened).

BTW,in same time,1986-88 were also latest years that Nissan will offers N12 body in its range;if co-operation was lasted even years after, maybe us could have seen a new Arna, based on Alfa 33 engines mated at new Pulsar N 13 body, launched in 1986(when Alfa liaisons with Nissan were so far to be broken,Nissan marketing will homage the City of Italian Make with a domestic market "limited series" of own Pulsar N13 hatchback, the so-named Pulsar Milano X1 EFI).

I tend to disagree with you ... Arna's failure rate was in the better part of the Alfa average at the time, surely better than the Alfasud (not hard actually), better than the 33, and generally even better than the Alfa-Nord production of the time.
The Arna did not sell mostly because customers would not identify its design with a "true" Alfa Romeo, helped also by a lame marketing strategy.
PS: I've had the pleasure and opportunity to drive a TI around, and it was fun, like a souped up 33 can be ;)

As Alfa ARNA was never imported into Spain, this one is a Nissan Cherry Europe GTI.
