Neptune ◊ 2011-02-26 03:14	Seems a bit heavy duty, possibly upgraded for stunt driving. Also note the mysterious steel bar under the front bumper. Second thumbnail capture in the second row shows the steering column shifter for the transmission. This is a Turbo Hydra-Matic truck. Here is a close-up photo of a Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission shifter which is chromed metal with soft touch subtle grained & textured shift knob for good grip. Note that this photo is from a high end Silverado equipped pickup.

Neptune ◊ 2011-02-26 03:40	It could be that indeed. I just know its not factory, i.e. its something that’s been added to the pickup. The cab drip rail moldings have also been removed.
