Car is a 1930-32 American Austin 5-window coupe. Vertical windshield and horizontal hood louvers are the details to point the year. Hollywood has added a sunvisor, and moved the headlights to in front of the windshield - giving it a more Austin 7 (british) appearance. The wacky paint job, and the re-location of the door handles into the center of door is another Hollywood trick. |
