This is a good film of 2nd World War. It is a pity that this Jeep and the Zephyr (post-war cars were included).

Jeeps are notoriously not period correct and more often a Civilian model painted in military markings to pass for same. All part of the make believe world of film. It is nice to see the rare films with correct vehicles, sort of a treat to the rare few that know the difference.

The military model had a wider filler pipe to facilitate refueling in the field. And these look like regular highway tires.
