Not only that, it's a car, owned by Volkswagen. "WOB" is for Wolfsburg, and the "CY"-series was used by Volkswagen-owned cars for test-drives or journalists. It also can be a Multivan, for sure one of the later ones (bumper and other details). But -because of the colour- it's not from the well-known special edition "Bluestar", "Redstar" or "Whitestar". I'm not sure, if it's maybe the "Limited Last Edition"-series, of the lst 2500 made. I think, they weren't sold in this colour. You can recognize them by the number on the front doors.
