No idea why I heard Mr. Woollard calling it Rover. I admit I'm a bit lazy at identifying these sort of cars of this particular era because to me they all basically have the same shape but I came across this very little-known french car-maker called Cottin & Desgouttes, there really isn't much about it but the badge and the engine bay is remarkably identical. |
