Yep. Due to regulations changing in Brazil it was quickly removed from their market. The Kadett I believe was updated to meet regulations instead of updating the Astra F. Then the Astra G was built in Brazil. |

Import taxes suddenly plunged overnight from 35 to 20 % in September 1994, prompting GM do Brasil to bring the Belgian-built Astra from December.
