The amount of Brilliance's irritates me, too. I've heard, that you only can registrate it in Germany as a dealer's car or with a special TÜV-permission. Just some months ago I saw a brand new BS6 with Düsseldorf-plates, so registrated a long time after the crash-test scandal. Very strange...
