greybear ◊ 2007-05-31 01:33	It is an MGB. It would be interesting to know the registration number. The MG Car Company had, I think, three rally MGB's registered 6, 7 and 8 DBL. This could be one of them, or a replica. It is in typical 'Le Mans' specification with lights on the doors to illuminate the competition number at night. There may also be a light on the right rear corner of the roof. This was used to indicate which driver was at the wheel in the days when cars typically only had two drivers for the 24 hour race. -- Last edit: 2007-05-31 01:40:41
