I saw one of these the other week in Southampton, it was probably going to a wedding. Very nice car, and much bigger in real life than you'd think from looking at this picture.

For this type the name changed from Austin A135 Princess IV (1956-57) to Princess IV (1957-60) to Vanden Plas Princess 4-litre Limousine (1960-68).
The cut-away rear wheel spats and the narrow chrome-plated quaterlight pillar were introduced with the name change to Vanden Plas Princess 4-litre Limousine.

Is is right for "4-Litre Limousine" to part of the model name and not in the extra info part?

It is part of the model name to distinguish it from the Farina styled saloons.

MXG xxx plates issued July-Oct 60. Plate now on a silver 2001 BMW 525i SE 4dr Auto.
