Must be a rather late one (because of the 'modern' fenders), and therefore most probably a 1921/22 12 HP [X31]. Almost 1200 of these were built during these two years, and although it was actually a passenger car chassis, it was also used for light commercial vehicles. By the short fenders I guess this will be such a van version.
