is the colour really called marathonmetallic?

Quite a nice coincidence.

Why coincidence?

Yes, it was a very popular VW-colour in the years 1972 to 1976, also used by Audi (though they had an own colour-range until the mid-70ies). And a dangerous colour, too. It has three different tones, but only one name. Very insidious... :/

Check the films title.

It's a coincidence that a car in that colour is seen as a random background car in a film. Well unless the film had a title like 'Out of the Blue'.

Oops, I "stood on the hose", as we say in German

 So maybe we should check all car-colours here, about their relations to movie-titles. There are colour-names as bonkers as some movie-titles...

(for me this was not really worth listing from what is seen, despite Ingo's enthusiasm about the K70 :p)

Thanks for the correct classification :) I was afraid, that you would express some improper prejudices, that I would nagging around, if it wouldn't be listed.

Seriously, that's really not visible enough :p List the Mini instead (or delete)

Also, just because one member is a obsessive fan of a car does that really mean it absolutely has to be listed even if it's hardly visible?

Due to the extraordinary coincidence between the name of the colour and the title of the movie, I'd say it must be listed :sun:

In the comments, maybe. :D
