From DVD booklet: "Buff is a completely customized vehicle, based on a Porsche chassis and a Corvette Stingray engine block. Buff is covered in 5mm battleship steel armor plate, with windows that are a combination of bulletproof glass and Lexgard( plastic. It also boasts both four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, and has a top speed of over 300kph, with engine performance in excess of 730 hp."

Buff is supposed to be a make in the movie or is it something real? "Made for movie" does not go well with a fake make. I would either put it as "Made for movie" make, or suppose that Buff is a real make with a matching model name (or no model name).
But as we did for previous movie, the use of "Made for movie" make is better, I think.

This looks like a heavily modified Porsche 928. But if you watch the movie, you'll see that this is no ordinary Porsche.

I've heard about racing Porsche 911 with 500ci Cadillac engine, but battleship armor is something different.

the Buff is custom from the ground up based on the characters specification. ive heard that its body is inspired by the ford RS200, everything else is glorious fictional nonsense. i would kill for some wheels that pivot like that.
