dsl ◊ 2011-10-17 01:23	Deluxe. I think 1965 a couple of years before panda car liveries started to appear (though Anglias were used as ordinary dark blue police cars thru the 60s) - anyone know when pandas first appeared??
deanie567 ◊ 2012-01-13 20:00	The first Panda cars appeared around 1965 in Liverpool and they were Anglia's. There were two Panda cars used on Heartbeat. The first had to be restored in Series 10 when it was involved in a filming crash. Then the second one was replaced with the first, which used the registration of LAR 988C, in series 16. The actual LAR 988c Panda can be seen outside Scripps' Garage in Goathland.
