So Toyota has some strange names, too, not only Nissan - "Opa" in German means "Grandpa" But "Opa-Autos" ("grandpa-cars") are well-liked by car-fans. It's a common term for well maintained, clean, first-hand garage-stored cars with a low mileage. An Opa-Auto is the best choice  |

"Oppa" is what a Korean girl calls her older brother, or (in South Korea) her boyfriend, so the word often appears in K-Pop. Reputedly, clandestine watching of South Korean televsion shows in North Korea has introduced that meaning to the North too. |
