The truck is probably something American. The curve of the skirt of the front fender is distinctive. |

The split grille and skirted front fenders make me think it's a circa-1935 GMC. I think I can even see where the "General Motors Truck" plaque used to be on the side of the hood, which was apparently removed to make space for Chinese lettering. |
