ford_guy ◊ 2008-09-14 22:55	I've tried to look through the internet looking for the first model year and have never been able to find out for sure which model year was first. Even the information on wikipedia (yes, I know, it's not the most reliable source) continuously changes from 1996 to 1997 as the first model year. So honestly, I'm not 100% sure, maybe you're right.

But in this case, the vans did start for the 1996 model year. Motor Trend did a test on the Express. Quite impressive actually. Link to "www.motortrend.com" So GM was right ... this time around
