antp ◊ 2006-05-29 18:10	Were there these new dual headlights used on DS 19 ? As they introduced the bigger engine before the new headlight style, I am not sure that they kept that small engine later. JohnnyThunderz ◊ 2006-12-29 13:06	while searching google for the the DS cab i found this picture that you find quite often i also found this one but on the same page there were also these photo ive never seen of the DS cab! & they must have been taken during the production of BTTF2 but! i also found these two photos of the Cab! it was a french page and it says they wore shot in Auguts 2004 does this mean somebody still owns this strange DS? or does anybody know if this DS still excists and where it is? ... and if there are anymore pictures of her???

Peter ◊ 2007-09-09 02:45	I saw this car in 1996. It was based on a 1972 DSpecial (US Model) - the equivalent of a "19". The car was fine, but the movie prop elements, like the grey foam rubber at ground level, was disintegrating, and all the platic was discolored from the sun - the car had been sitting outside for 10 years. USH was planning to sell it to a memorabilia collector in Florida at that time. They had some sense of it's value. Keen detective work leads me to conclude the Aug 2004 photo is genuine (not a production still from 1986), and the car is now fully restored and living a pampered existence in Europe. Three reasons: 1. Thatched roof houses are pretty rare in the US 2. There is a clean red DS in the background indicating taken at car show 3. The car is in fully restored condition
screenused ◊ 2008-10-25 19:15	We used to own this car, and did restore it several years ago. It was shipped to Holland, and I believe that the collector had it on display at a Citroen dealership for a while - possibly still there. tonkaTRACKER ◊ 2009-09-09 20:40	I couldn't sleep last night so I watched these movies and noticed that in the "alternate 1985" there is another DS smashed up and missing it's rear fenders next to the "chalk outlines"
