Yes it is a 1966 Mustang Convertible. Not all 1966 Mustangs had the three fingered chrome, it depended on the trim level ordered with the car. For instance the GT Mustang does not have the side chrome (this one is not a GT) and if I remember correctly the 6 cylinder Sprint option did not have it either (This one is a V8 289). Then you could order the Mustang with a C shaped pinstipe then it would not have side chrome. This one was probably ordered with pin stripe option. -- Last edit: 2010-09-21 02:30:06 |
