Both the Century and the Regal came in 2-door and 4-ddor models. The Century actually had two different coupes, the fastback (style 37) and the formal roof (style 57). This is the formal top, so it's either a Century Luxus/Custom or a Regal. |

It's a 1974-75 Regal The Century Luxus/Custom coupes had the same body but the badges on the front fenders were loacted below the side trim while the Regal badge was located above it (like the one visible in this frame). A less blurry frame or a close up view of the trunk door and taillights would help to identify it better as a 1974 or a 1975. The 1974 regal has vertical chrome trim above the lenses and "BUICK" written just below the trunk lock at the center of the trunk door while the 1975 had two rows of rectangles in it's taillights and "Buick" written at the right of the trunk door. I think this car is a 1975 as it seems to lack the letters below the trunk lock but the right side of the trunk door is hidden by leaves so we can't see where the 1975 "BUICK" badge would be... 1974 1975 -- Last edit: 2010-08-30 11:10:39 (antp) |
