saddle and pad in WW II. tank-shape?

and how can it lean around like that, if it has a sidecar?

looks like a 1960ies-bike:

It is so fake with its red handlebar rubbers, it's laughable.

No, I wouldn't say so. I think it is -like you said initially- a 60s bike used for filming a WWII movie. Of what I can see in the pic it is very likely a BMW, but I can't tell them apart. Where is Jun?

so this might mean for listing, there is a difference between:
+) a made / built vehicle
+) a x-based vehicle

in this case: an bike based on a younger BMW for showing an older BMW does not mean *made for ...*

right?

I don't think they made it look any different than the way it was built, save for that DIY paintjob. They just used a non-period bike for filming. We do comment these quite common glitches, but identify the vehicles for what they really are. And this one appears to be a sixties single-cylinder BMW, like you said. Don't ask me what they are called, in my personal nomenclature all BMWs are a Gummikuh (rubber cow).

"Made for movie" = we cannot identify a make, as it was obviously built for the movie.
If it is a known basis that was modified for the movie, we sometimes include 'modified for movie' in the extra info field.
Or "custom" in extra info or model name for heavily customized vehicles.
