This car was possibly (though not definitely) supplied by Ford as it carries a Dagenham number plate. It may have been either an ex press fleet car and given its age at the time of the movie, was surplus to requirements. Maybe. -- Last edit: 2007-01-07 20:36:05 |

Definitly an old Consul, looks like a base model probably with the 2.0 V4 engine, maybe the 2.5 V6 Essex |

By the way i checked on DVLA and the car doesn't exist anymore. Well it's no suprise , just look what happens to it in the film. Marsh , the dagenham numberplate was not UNO was it? I'm sure it was NHK?? Maybe i'm wrong , just wondering |

UNO 621K issued June/July 72, Consul launched Apr 72, so very early example. Has unusual yellow-painted wheel trims - Link to "www.flickr.com" . L trim. |
