 Pickup from the 1947-55½ Chevrolet Advance-Design truck line... or from the GMC New Design one.
1954-55½ model, due to the flat bed railing. And a ¾-ton model indeed (3600 if Chevrolet, 150 if GMC), shown by the small reinforcement bar above the rear fender.

As Chevrolet 3600 pickup, the "chassis code" is 3604. As GMC 150 truck, it would be 152-24.
