Small indicators, could this be 1958-63?

The small indicators appeared first in 1960, but they were fitted often on older models to replace the earlier direction indicators.
This car here shall obviously depict a hippie-bus (I have never watched the doris day show), but I have some doubts if this is really authentic artwork or just a mockup from a conversative imagination.

Notice there's some weathering paint even on the tires. This is obviously a mockup and the hippies in this episode didn't act like real hippies, either. (Hippies were not a regular occurrence on this show.) This van only appears long enough for the hippies to jump out and help Doris with her protest against a utility whose computer messed up her bill.

Now, I thought so, because I have a special interest in psychedelic art and this car does not resemble the authentic "psychedelic-cars" I have seen. It's decoration just looked uninspired and rather casual to me.

@Zodiak: not all hippes had been artists. All of this style of car-art was selfmade either. ;)

That is quite true, ingo, but even the less artistic examples (the majority) had a distinctive style that I miss here. It is like outsiders trying to copy something they didn't understand. Must of the retro-junk of today is simply wrong, because all colors, shapes and patterns are just wrong and don't look even a little bit authentic at all. But even in their own time, you can quite often identify fakes. For example there are some pseudo-psychedelic posters in one of the captures on "ironside" here. They look quite different from the great ones of the Big Five, and still different enough from the dilletantish, but authentic productions of handpainted "lowlevel" productions.

Notice there's also weathering paint (I don't know the theatrical term for it) on the headlights and license plates. Someone went a little crazy with it.

These indicators came with 1958 modelyear on US market, still with these bumpers. From 1959 modelyear they have bumpers with overriders and extra bar.
