Looks like a Suzuki Palette.

First one on the site. Sold also as Nissan Roox, but this is Suzuki.

Anyway, I've heard much worse names for cars. This one is borderline stupid to me.

@Gag: in German this is annother meaning of "Palette", too.

Also a model-range of some things, for example cars, is called so, too.

But the two meanings, I wrote at first, are the most common.
