Going down upper edge of rear fender and crease next to it are like in Melex - 1971+* 202 or 1975+ 212. Just did check many pics of old E-Z-GOs, for example here are some - https://www.vintagegolfcartparts.com/Category/ezgo_manuals_parts_elec - they don't have these details. *For the record "1971" was first year of sale in USA, possible that export to other countries started a little later.
