I thought the Ford F-100 continues to sold in Argentina market similar to the 1999 or later Ford F-250 Super Duty in our market One time, I was looking at the official Ford of Argentina for trucks over the Internet and came across such example as I mentioned. |

In 1999 the production of the F-100 and derives, it's localizated only in Brazil (before are in Argentina and Brazil). The General Pacheco factory made the Ranger since 1996 replacing the F-100. The actual F-100 sold in Argentina, came from Brazil. -- Last edit: 2010-07-23 19:12:38 |

Yes , but the solds of F-100 decreased to 1999-present in very important number in Argentina (Ranger monopolizes the higher sales of commercial utility vehicles up to 1000 kilograms). -- Last edit: 2010-07-23 19:21:35 |

1992 at the earliest. Searched Mercadolibre: https://autos.mercadolibre.com.ar/ford/f-100/ Interestingly the older (our USDM/CDN 1987-1991) lasted well into the 90's in Argentina. It was being sold along side this model! Both were called F-100! Talk about confusing! Here are few I pulled: Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" - A 1997! Doesn't appear they received our 1997 refreshed model Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" - 1998 Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" -1998!!! in the old skin! No CHMSL! Link to "auto.mercadolibre.com.ar" - 1999 WOW https://autos.mercadolibre.com.ar/ford/f-100/2000/ - seems they skipped our 1997-2003 generation and jumped directly to these @Truck_Guy Interesting isn't it |
