Karrier Q25 ambulance,rootes built ambulances were normally badged Karrier has opposed to commer.The ambulance sign can just be seen above the windscreen,the black roof and stripe going down the side of the vehicle makes this a early NHS ambulance of Lancashire county ambulance service. |

Its Castle Street Liverpool, July 1964 the night the Beatles returned to Liverpool. The vehicle is a Lancashire County Karrier ambulance that was transferred to the St John Ambulance Brigade. Heading that direction was to the Royal Infirmary - I was crew. |
