chris40 ◊ 2007-09-29 20:47	You're right, of course ... I'm watching the movie on TV right now, and the front axle's too far forward for a Bedford. I'll go along with Praga or TAM Pionir, probably the latter as the film was made in Jugoslavia. You know me, weasel1984 ... mądry po szkodzie ...

During Oddball's assault on the railway, a parked Kubel is shown sitting a few feet away from a violent explosion of a train, but remarkably survives. 3. In the town at the end, there's a Kubel parked outside "the brown building behind the bank." It's in several shots, and, like the Kubel at the railway, survives an explosion that goes off mere feet from it (in this case, the building it's parked in front of gets blown up).
petep ◊ 2008-10-07 16:12	The wreckage of the destroyed Kubel is also in the background in the river crossing scene. Not sure if it is a real one though, as the wheels on it are wrong.
Kooshmeister ◊ 2009-01-10 04:16	More background Kubels, including the one that gets blown to bits during the bombing of the town: If you look closely you can see the cable pulling the Kubel in front of the halftrack prior to the explosion. It looks like a mockup, rather than a real Kubel. Also somehow it turns around after being blown up!
